You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform, including your contacts, leads, and business information. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DragonstoneAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
